Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the LigLab mobile app (“the app”) provided by Agonist Ltd. Şti. (“we”). By using the app you accept these terms.

1. The service

LigLab is a statistics and entertainment app that offers statistical predictions for football matches and lets users take part in a score-prediction game with virtual points. LigLab is not a betting service: no money is deposited, no prizes are awarded and no betting advice is given. Predictions are probability calculations; results are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

2. Age limit

The app is for people aged 18 and over. By using the app you declare that you are over 18.

3. Account

On first launch the app automatically creates an anonymous account for you. This account lives only on the device you use; it may be lost if you delete the app or change devices. If you link your account to an Apple or Google account in Settings, you can use it on other devices as well. You can delete your account and data at any time via Settings → “Delete my account and data”.

4. User content and rules of conduct

Your display name and the names of leagues or bots you create are visible to other users; users who share a league can see each other’s prediction for a match once it has started. You create share cards yourself and share them in an app of your choice; the display name and scores on a card are visible to the people you share it with. You may not use names that contain insults, hate speech, sexual content, impersonation, advertising or illegal content. Inappropriate names are blocked automatically and can be reported within the app; we reserve the right to change or remove content that breaks the rules and to restrict the related account.

5. LigLab Pro subscription

• LigLab Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly (Season Pass) subscription. The price is shown in the app and the store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; the renewal charge is made within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to the refund rules of the App Store and Google Play and are requested through those stores.
• If you live in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal is reserved. Because the subscription is purchased through a store, withdrawal and refund requests are handled through Google Play’s or the App Store’s own processes. By confirming that the subscription starts immediately, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may expire to the extent access to Pro content has begun.
• Your purchase is tied to your store account; you can move it to another LigLab account with “Restore purchases”.

6. Beta campaign

The campaign ended on 10 October 2026; no new participants are accepted. During the campaign, users who joined the test version were given LigLab Pro free of charge “for life”. This entitlement is tied to the LigLab account that received it and remains valid for as long as the LigLab service is offered; it cannot be transferred or sold. If you do not link your account to Apple or Google, you may lose the entitlement if you delete the app or change devices.

7. Intellectual property

The app, prediction models, design and texts belong to Agonist Ltd. Şti. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy its content, reverse engineer it or bulk-collect data with automated tools. Team names and match data are used for information only; the relevant trademarks belong to their owners. LigLab is not affiliated with any club, league or federation.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or that the data will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will announce important changes in the app. We may change or discontinue the service; for paid subscriptions the store rules apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. You keep your statutory rights as a consumer; in disputes the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction.

Consumers living in the European Union continue to benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their own country.
